Do you feel like your English is getting a little rusty? If you’re a teacher with a C1 or C2 level of English, this course is for you. Over 12 hours, we’ll engage in lively, thought-provoking discussions to refine your speaking, listening, and vocabulary skills—all in a supportive and friendly environment.

Conversation for Teachers: Speak with confidence and fluency

Do you find yourself hesitating when speaking English outside the classroom? It could be chatting with friends, attending international events, or even navigating day-to-day life in English—speaking with confidence can still feel challenging, even for experienced teachers.

This course is designed for teachers with C1/C2 English who want to improve their fluency in all aspects of life. Over 8 engaging sessions, you’ll participate in lively discussions, tackle real-world conversation challenges, and build the skills to express yourself naturally, confidently, and authentically in any situation—both personal and professional.

This isn’t just about improving your English. It’s about diving into meaningful, real-world topics that matter to you. Together, we’ll decide on the themes we’ll explore, ensuring they are relevant and engaging for everyone. Each session will use a flipped approach, with a short video or reading shared before the lesson. This way, we can make the most of our time by focusing on vocabulary, exchanging opinions, and even challenging perspectives in a respectful, constructive way.

I’m Cecilia, your trainer for this course. Having lived and worked in Brazil, Turkey, and now the UK, I bring a global perspective to our conversations. Together, we’ll navigate complex discussions while building the confidence and skills to communicate effectively and teach with greater impact.

  • Starts 8th March 2025.
    Saturdays: 10:00 - 11:30 Brazil Time / 14:00 - 15:30 UK time.
